Hntr my cats for grooming. Service okayy, agter cats balik grooming wangi and seems my furkids tak stress. But staff cuma seorng. She need to asist for boarding and grooming both. While i send my cats she tgh help for boarding then she do grooming for my cats. Need to improve from power staff.

A very nice boarding place... The staff is very responsible and caring towards out pets. I sent my cats for 4 days 3 nights including grooming. And I've ask for cctv suite room. My cats have playing time, and their playground is very nice too with all the toys and treehouse. Recommended!

I onboard my 4 furr babies.. all of them are well taken care by KitCat hotel spa staff. I love kakak very much. Thanks so much for your kind and patience taking a good care for Zubaidi, Chemong, Boii and Boba. Service are excellent and im sure gonna send them again if we are out of town.

My second time visiting the place. Service is so so good. I would highly recommend and thank you to one of your staff, Ms. Izura. I had a premium groom appt yesterday. My cat poo poo again in the kitty bag and return to the place. She offers to assist me in showering Leo and drying him up. And it does not accept my second payment. Thank you so much for the service and your kind heart. Really appreciate with these much help.
